Gameplay & Controls

Get ready to join the Minions in their wildest adventure yet!

• Getting Started: Upon launching Minion Rush, choose your Minion character and select a costume. Each costume comes with unique abilities that will aid you in your run.
• Basic Movement & Collection: Your Minion will automatically run forward. Guide them by running over yellow bananas to collect them and earn points.
• Navigating Obstacles: Stay alert for various obstacles along your path.
  • Jump: When you encounter gaps or objects to leap over, swipe up on the screen. Hold your swipe longer to achieve a higher jump.
  • Slide: To pass under low-hanging hazards or slide down hills, swipe down on the screen.
  • Avoidance: Successfully avoid obstacles like rolling barrels, electrified fences, and lasers, as colliding with them will cause your Minion to trip and lose a life.
• Combat: When villain bots appear attempting to block your path, simply tap on them to attack and knock them away.
• Progression & Customization: As you accumulate high scores, you’ll earn coins. Use these coins in the in-game shop to unlock new Minion costumes. Each costume offers different running boosts, helping you go faster and farther in your adventures.
• Competitive Mode: Compete with your friends in an endless run mode. The goal is to be the last Minion standing by skillfully dodging obstacles and collecting bananas to maintain your lead in the race.
• Offline Play: Minion Rush is fully playable offline, allowing you to enjoy the game anytime, anywhere, without the need for an internet connection.
