How to Play

1. Game Setup: Begin a new game of MONOPOLY by selecting your preferred number of players, choosing between AI opponents or challenging friends and family online or locally. Customize house rules to tailor the gameplay experience to your liking.

2. Your Turn: On your turn, roll both dice and move your token clockwise around the board the corresponding number of spaces. Follow any instructions or actions associated with the space you land on.

3. Income & Property Acquisition: Collect a $200 salary each time you pass or land on GO. Use your cash to purchase any unowned property you land on, or participate in exciting auctions to bid on properties that other players decline to buy.

4. Property Development: Once you own all properties of a single color group (a monopoly), you can begin developing them by building houses and, eventually, hotels. This significantly increases the rent you can charge opponents, but requires strategic investment of your funds.

5. Trading & Negotiation: Engage in dynamic trades with other players. Use the trade menu to exchange properties, cash, and other assets. Successful negotiation of mutually beneficial deals is key to building powerful monopolies and expanding your empire.

6. Special Spaces: Landing on spaces like Chance and Community Chest will present you with cards that can have game-changing effects, offering both opportunities and challenges.

7. Mortgaging Properties: In dire financial situations, you can mortgage your properties to raise immediate cash. Be cautious, as mortgaged properties do not collect rent, and you’ll need to pay to unmortgage them later.

8. Bankruptcy & Victory: If you run out of money and assets and cannot pay your debts, you go bankrupt and are eliminated from the game. The last player remaining who has not gone bankrupt is declared the winner and the ultimate real estate tycoon!
